Shikibu is an assassin of Warrior Phantom Castle. He has the abilitie to copy others.

Shikibu can take any shape and any face. Without his masks, he looks like a common, black-haired man.

Battle of Seven Tusk[]
After Yukinojo's defeat, Shikibu was chosen as Otokojuku's next rival. Taking advantage of the fact that his enemies had entered a dark corridor, he pretended to be Toramaru, causing everyone to be surprised to see that there were two Toramarus. To try to find out who the real one was, Momotaro asked them the three instructions from Otokojuku. One of them Toramaru had no idea, while the other managed to tell him all three...and that was his mistake, as the real Toramaru didn't know such things.
Once discovered, Shikibu turned away from them and changed his face to Momotaro's, inciting him to attack him. But just as they were at him, a hatch opened in the ground, and they fell through it.
In one of the rooms that led to that hatch, Hien fell, who after reincorporating, saw that Date was there too...but Date didn't trust him. To prove that he was Hien, he threw his senbon at him, but they missed the target, so Date began to attack him. And just at that moment, a wrecking ball smashed the wall behind him, hitting Date and knocking him out. Getting closer to see if he's injured, he discovered that this wasn't Date...it was Shikibu!
