Quan-huang is the High Monk of the Shen-Quan Temple and Wang Ta-ren's old friend.
Appearance[]
Quan-Huang is equipped with a helmet with three sharp points on each side, adorned with a white topknot. He has a pair of shoulder pads and a long cape bearing the emblem of Shen-Quan Temple.
Personality[]
He is a serious and stoic man who values honor highly, to the point of being able to execute one of his followers just for breaking into combat. He is also someone who is capable of sacrificing himself for the woman he loves.

- Rising Dragon Meets Heaven's Lighting (昇龍天邂靂, Shouryuu Tenkaireki): Through heavy training Quan-Huang's arms are powerful enough to create a tornado that can lift opponents into the sky by waving his arms in an elliptic shape.
History[]
Shen Quan pupil days[]
Quan-huang was a companion and friend of Wang Ta-ren in his days as pupils at Shen-Quan Temple. On one occasion, chasing bandits in the mountains, they came across a pair of tiger man-eaters and had to flee. In their flight, they parted ways, and Quan-huang managed to get rid of his tiger using his own strength.
Years later, a tournament was held to marry Chunlan and win the position of High Monk of Shen-Quan Temple. The day before the final, Wang was eating ramen behind a tree, and there, he watched as Quan-huang and Chunlan met, illuminated by the moonlight. There, Quan-huang promised that he will win the tournament for her.
The next day, in the tournament finals, Wang Ta-ren let Quan-huang won so he could marry heis beloved Chunlan. And from that moment on, Quan-huang was appointed High Monk of the Shen-Quan Temple.
Battle of Seven Tusk[]
After the Tusks of Darkness had kidnapped his beloved Chunlan, Quan-huang had to join them and make Shen-Quan Temple one of their Seven Tusks. After the defeat of the previous Tusks, it was Shen-Quan Temple's turn to take over Otokojuku.
He selected Ren Jiang, Yi Jiang, and Zhi Jiang as his three warriors. After the defeat of Ren and Yi, a mysterious masked man appeared at Sen-Quan's gates, defeating his acolytes through illusions. Zhi Jiang faced this mysterious character, which turned out to be his old friend Wang Ta-ren.
He managed to defeat Zhi Jiang, so Quan-huang went out to face him. But before he was able to start the fight, Zhi Jiang tried to attack Wang. Furious at seeing how that wretch dishonored a duel between warriors, he used his Rising Dragon Meets Heaven's Lighting to blow him up and make him die with the fall.
Then, after telling Wang how he managed to discover that technique, he launched into the attack with his Rising Dragon Meets Heaven's Lighting, managing to send Wang flying through the air. But Wang, using his Descending Dragon, Ascending Thunder, managed to avoid falling to the ground. Wang began to attack him with his staff, but Quan-huang used his Rising Dragon Meets Heaven's Lighting to push him into one of his tornadoes. Quan-huang went inside to snatch his staff from him, breaking it and causing it to fall to the ground.
Though injured, Wang Ta-ren rejoined to confront him. Quan-huang threw another of his tornadoes at him to finish him off...but Wang had made the switch, and the one he threw flying was the corpse of Zhi Jaing!!
Unable to react in time, Wang Ta-ren managed to hit him in the chest. Despite this, Quan-huang was still strong enough to confront him, so they both charged forward. Despite injuring Wang, his adversary managed to mortally injure him, causing him to collapse to the ground. Before dying, Wang Ta-ren used his Phantom Technique so that he could see his beloved Chunlan one last time. Grateful, Quan-huang declared that Wang was a true friend, before dying.
