Djoser is a member of Pharaoh Sphinx that fights in a mummy cosplay.
Appearance[]
When he is in his "mummy form", Djoser is covered with bandages, with protections on the shoulders. In his true form, Djoser is a tall, muscular, bald man.
Personality[]
Although Djoser doesn't show any real traits of a true personality, it's seen that he is extreme loyal to Pharaoh Sphinx.
Powers and Abilities[]
Techniques[]
Miracle of Hatshepsut (ハトシェプストの奇蹟, Hatshepsut no Kiseki): Djoser is apparently immune to all damage, and does not bleed when wounded. He is also capable of reattaching severed limbs. However, the real Djoser is a man performing a handstand inside a wireframe disguised to appear as a mummy, and his purported immortality is a carefully concocted illusion.
Disciple of Cartouche (カルトゥーシュの使徒, Cartouche no Shito): Djoser can sever his arm, which can move independently on its own will, and attack Djoser's opponents with wrist-mounted blades. Again, this is an illusion; the arms are controlled by well-trained Armored Army Ants.
History[]
Great Heaven-Challenging Olympic Tournament []
Djoser was part of the Pharaoh Sphinx warriors that was found inside a sarcophagus. He was chosen by Anubis as the first warrior to face his new enemies: Otokojuku.
There, he met his adversary, Senkuu, one of the Lords of Death. Before starting the fight, Djoser warned him that it would be impossible to harm him. Senkuu, ignoring him, launched into the attack with his Yocho Shojin, managing to cut his back. But it was no problem for Djoser, and the "mummy" charged forward, using its blades. Seeing that he could not hurt him with simple cuts, Senkuu used his Bakuchosatsu to amputate an arm...but it was of no use. Djoser placed his arm back, under Senkuu's surprised gaze. But before he could lunge at him, Senkuu used his Senjo Kekkaijin to surround Djoser with wires. Then, he threw his tops through the wires, and one of them fell on top of Djoser's head, breaking his headpiece and piercing his skull. But to everyone's surprise, that was not a problem for Djoser, who took the top off his head and threw it to the ground, thus showing how truly immortal he was!
And so there were no doubts, Djoser used his Cartouche no Shito, cutting off his arm and ordering him to attack Senkuu, who hardly managed to dodge the arm's attacks. And to his bad luck, Djoser sent his other arm on the attack. After falling wounded to the ground, Senkuu noticed the steam rising from between Djoser's bandages, and realized what was his secret.
In the next attack from Djoser's arm, Senkuu used his Kantenpai to stop his attack and return it right after. Djoser caught his arm, but could not prevent one of the tops from piercing his foot, showing that he was not an immortal, as blood began to flow. Knowing already Djoser's secret, Senkuu launched the attack, beheading him and taking one of her bandages, then tying it to one of his tops and throwing it so that it began to spin. He managed to remove all the bandages from Djoser, to show how he was really just a man with a strange mechanism with which he handled his mummy cosplay. For this, he also used Armored Army Ants to handle his amputated limbs. After his secret was discovered, Djoser still believed that he had the battle won, so he launched the attack...unaware that Senkuu had wrapped one of his wires around his neck, causing him to cut his throat.
Despite this, he still had the strength to ask his pharaoh for forgiveness, before throwing himself into the lava.
